Eligibility: All employees are eligible to participate in the plan upon hire and may enter the plan at the start of each quarter. You can create an account and enroll using the link above.
HomeTown Ticketing Safe Harbor Match:
The company will now match you 100% of the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% you contribute to the 401(k) plan. If you contribute at least 5%, you automatically get 4% from Hometown Ticketing.
Economic and Market Outlook:
As of November, the overall economic is showing a recession and has deteriorated greatly over the past 4 months. Rising interest rates, high inflation, the Russia/Ukraine conflict, supply chain issues and rising oil prices are impacting corporate and consumer bottom lines. We are seeing light at the end of the tunnel with inflation coming down and the federal reserve nearing the end of their interest rate increase cycle.
