Enrollment Now Open (Enroll before 7/1/2021):
The company matches you 50% of the first 6% you contribute to the 401(k) plan. If you contribute at least 6%, you automatically get 3% from Sam Dong. Any contribution changes are implemented quarterly (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct).
The Plan is going live: Starting with the first payroll in May 2021, employees will be able to contribute to the 401(k) plan. If you haven't already accessed your account, do so utilizing the link above.
Economic and Market Outlook:
The Economy has started a new expansion thanks to the fiscal stimulus provided by the federal government and the additional support provided by the Federal Reserve. We expect the market to be volatile in the short-term but positive overall in 2021.
